The Quality Council has several mechanisms for checking the quality criteria and thus there is a credible ranking. With the introduction of the seal, a suitable set of instruments was created to look at the diverse quality efforts holistically and to develop them further in a participatory manner. By joining the EECMA, you are authorized to use the seal, which strengthens your authenticity and thus achieves a clear differentiation from your competitors.

In order to be accepted into the EECMA, you must carry out a self-assessment of your existing quality performance. With your application for admission, you will receive the "Self-disclosure of quality code" form. This is used by our Quality Assurance Advisory Board, together with an external research and monitoring pool, to assess whether you are accepted. Of course, this information will be treated confidentially and will only be used to make an initial assessment for the further process.
If the application is not approved at this time, there will be no costs for the applicant. If the application is approved and nothing stands in the way of your admission, you will receive a bill for the admission fee and the annual membership fee. In both cases, you will receive notification from the board.
The legally binding application is made using the application form, which we will send you by email without obligation together with the "Self-disclosure - Quality Code" form. The membership or partnership fees for organizers are calculated based on the number of market stalls in various categories.
